All beads are hand blown and one of a kind. Please examine photographs thoroughly and allow for the fact that the photographs are enlarged and screen monitors can sometimes alter color representation. Blowing glass is an organic process, resulting in natural deviations from perfection. Therefore, I don't conceal imperfections in beads.

Returns and exchanges
I will gladly accept returns and exchanges.
1. Contact me to request a return or exchange within 5 days of receipt.
2. Ship items back within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is recommended that you mail the item(s) with some type of tracking system. If the item(s) is returned in original condition, a full refund (minus shipping cost) will be processed within 30 days of receipt. If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, unless the damage occurred in the original shipping. I will refund for damaged item(s) at my discretion.

Customs and local/import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any local taxes and/or customs and import taxes. I can not be responsible for delays due to customs.
